Easily Root and Install CWM on HTC Desire 816

Using this guide you all can root your HTC Desire 816 very easily. Just follow the steps given below.

Steps :

1. Download HTC Sync Manager (From Here) : 
    *This is required to install the HTC Drivers Package

2. Unlock your bootloader (From Here)
    *Just follow the steps given in the link and Select your device as HTC One (Don't worry nothing will happen)

3. Download a Custom Recovery (From Here)
    *Download CWM_Recovery_en.exe from the link
    *Boot your phone into fastboot and run the .exe on your desktop. It will automatically install CWM on your phone.
    *From fastboot go into Recovery (Press the volume key to scroll and Power button to Select)

4. The final step, Download Super SU and flash it via CWM
   *Download the latest SuperSU zip file (From Here)
   *Place it in the root of your sd card. Internal or External, your choice
   *Boot into recovery and select "Install Zip from SD Card".
   *Select where you kept the Flashable zip (Internal/External storage)
   *Select the file when it shows all your files and then select "Yes" to let it flash.
   *After flashing completes, reboot!

Sense 6 was recently launched on the HTC One M8. Every year the HTC surprise us with an Amazing Design. The great news is that HTC Sense 6 has been ported to Nexus 5 by a developer on XDA names Galaxy_User. This means you can use Sense 6 on Nexus 5.
